It's not a problem to add or amend orders before they are sent out for delivery. How can I be sure that the part which I am ordering is the part which I need? Many items which appear on our website listings have a photograph to help you confirm that the part is what you need. You will also find information on the quantity of a particular item which are used on one car. You can further check by referring to a copy of the Parts Book to confirm the identity, we quote the original part number wherever possible to help you. You can also telephone or email us to discuss your particular query - we are always happy to discuss what you need and help with solutions. What does "Quantity Per Car" mean? "Quantity Per Car" gives you an indication of how many of the item are required per car, & how many should be bought if all items are to be replaced. Thus: (1) indicates that one of this item is required per car (2) indicates that two of this item is required per car (16) indicates that sixteen of this item is required per car. Note that: The quantity refers to the application under the specific listing, so, for example, if (4) is shown as the number of brake drum retaining screws on the front brakes listing, more may be required for the rear brakes - which will be shown under the rear brake listing. In general, brake repair kit & fitting kits contain sufficient parts for 1x axle, so a quantity/car of (1) will be shown. Most parts can be supplied in quantities less than the quantity required per car. Disclaimer: This information is provided "as is" and AlfaStop makes no warranty of any kind with respect to the subject matter or accuracy of the information contained herein. This publication may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes may be periodically made to the information herein. What parts does AlfaStop actually stock? AlfaStop probably have over 95% of all the items listed in stock & ready for despatch. This includes large items such as fuel tanks, windscreens & exhaust systems. AlfaStop does not list a wide range of parts & then buy them to meet a particular order. What is an "exchange" item? An exchange item is one where the customers sends an old unit. This is then either actually rebuilt & returned to the customer, or is exchanged for another unit which has already been rebuilt. Can you send windscreens internationally? We are happy to ship glass screens. These will be sent in purpose built wooden heat treated crates, we are happy to ship internationally but the glass does have to go in the purpose built creates and where we can will try to obtain the best shipping rate we can.
