There is no Alfa Romeo part number for this item. That said, they can be used when the tapered windscreen pillar seating bolt has been over chromed, &/or when the tapered seating hole in the car has had an excessive amount of paint applied. These situations result in the pillar standing proud of the body with a significant gap to be filled between the pillar base and the bodywork. 3mm thick.
