For 0.5 inch diameter bore cylinder. Note that this kit does not contain the metal piston retainer cap. This kit is not offered as being suitable for the various reproduction cylinders which are on offer elsewhere.
 
105 Series Dunlop Rear Slave Cylinders - The Dunlop type rear caliper operating cylinder which is mounted on the axle tube was originally handed and not interchangeable. A different casting was used for each side. This type can be identified by having a metal cap to retain the piston, situated under the rubber dust boot. The cylinder was later modified so that the one cylinder could be fitted on the left or right of the car. It is possible to use early & late type cylinders together on the same axle, although the repair kit is different for each type of cylinder. AlfaStop cylinder repair kits can be used on original Dunlop cylinders as well as on the new cast iron cylinders which were previously supplied by AlfaStop. Be aware however that your old cylinder may have been previously bored or sleeved & may not be suitable to be re-sealed. These kits are not offered as being suitable for the various aluminium bodied replacement cylinders which are on sale elsewhere.
