Copper brake pipe - Our copper brake pipe is thick-walled (0.036", 0.9mm, 20swg) copper coils conforming to BS2871 for composition and ISO3951 for quality, as fitted by TVR & Volvo cars. Batch tested for strength, burst Pressure and cleanlineSS to BLS.30.JC101. Each coil is marked for traceability. We stock pipe in 25 ft (7.62 metre) coils in 3/16" (4.75mm) & 1/4" (6.35mm) outside diameter. We also stock a suitable pipe flaring tool for you to make pipes yourself to your own requirements, the use of our Brass unions is recommended for a corrosion-proof finish.
