• December: Christmas/New Year Closure
  AlfaStop will be closed from 12.00 Friday 21 December until 09.00 Monday 07 January. Orders will be despatched on Thursday 20 December but may not be delivered until after the holidays, subject to destination & carrier.
  
  Full website facilities such as Easy Quote will continue to be available during this period.

• December: Annual Parts Buying Trip
  This year's trip to find more new items took place later than usual in December, 15 hour days, travelling over 5,000kms, crossing the Alps in snow & reaching new depths in Italy (finding some items in the basements of supplier's shops & stores!).

• December: AlfaStop Mild Steel Exhausts
  I recently received a complaint from a customer that a hole had appeared on rear face of the rear silencer of his Giulia 101 Sprint. The exhaust was supplied 21 years ago!!
  
  AlfaStop continues to sell these systems, which now have pipes made from aluminised steel.
  

• November: Easy Quote System Closed
  Please note that our "Easy Quote" system will be unavailable from November 29th to December 11th.
  
  The "Easy Quote" system will resume operation on December 11th.
  
  AlfaStop.co.uk apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.
  

• October: Improved Easy Quote Navigation
  Improvements have made to the Easy Quote system navigation, enabling you to return to last item which you added to your Easy Quote list. This is of particular benefit when you are midway through a long parts listing.
  
  To take advantage of this new feature, make sure you click the 'Return to previous page' link and not the 'Back' button on your browser.

• September: Rare Items Listing introduced
  From time to time rare or unusual parts are discovered & will be listed here, supplies may be limited, possibly only one piece, so don't hesitate in making contact if it is of interest. Why not bookmark this page to watch out for more AlfaStop discoveries?

• September: Special Offers Listing introduced
  Items listed here may be a special or bulk purchase, excess stock, or possibly no longer in the main AlfaStop products range, all items will be first grade quality unless clearly stated to the contrary. Supplies may be limited, possibly only one piece, so don't hesitate in making contact if it is of interest, items in this listing can be included in an Easy Quote request. Items are offered while available & may be withdrawn at any time. Why not bookmark this page?

• September: Revamped Site Navigation
  AlfaStop has been reviewing customer feedback and are taking steps to address your comments. Our first action has been improvements made to site navigation & clarity, of particular benefit to visitors for whom English is not their first language. Let us know what you think of the reorganised menu bar!

• July: Alfstop's Summer Hours
  Traditionally, Alfastop closes for holidays during August and September. However, this summer AlfaStop will be working several 3 or 4 day weeks during August & September, and will not be having the usual summer closure this year. Shipments should continue as usual throughout this period.

• June: AMEX payment facility discontinued
  AlfaStop has reluctantly decided to cease taking payments via AMEX (American Express) credit cards from June 1st 2007. This is solely due to another increase of AMEX processing charges. Unlike many retailers, AlfaStop does not impose a surcharge for credit card purchases & absorbs all card company charges. AMEX pushed their charges too far. Payments by MasterCard & Visa continue to be welcome.

• May: Easy Quote enhanced
  The Easy Quote system has been enhanced, giving easier amendments to items & customer contact details when you create an enquiry. There is now also a notification when the quantity of an item does not match the quantity required for one car.

• March: "Wish List" system available.
  Consider the new "Wish List" option as your own personal & private notepad, allowing you to create, edit and delete up to three different Wish Lists on your (free) account. Any item on the website can be added to a Wish List & subsequently moved to the Easy Quote system at the click of a mouse!

• February:
  AlfaStop is continually increasing the range of parts & items which are stocked. Products which have been introduced during the last 3 months are now summarised on the Latest Products listing which can be found under the 'Products' tab.

  AlfaStop stocks many items which are made for, or supplied exclusively by AlfaStop, often having the AlfaStop name or logo included in the design. These are now summarised on the AlfaStop Exclusive Products listing which can be found under the 'Products' tab.

  The AlfaStop website navigation & search functions have been improved and the site has been relocated to a new high-speed server.
